Thinking Green Living The Dream? Is that really how the world is? Really what we believe? Or just what the government and industry would like us to think? It is never as simple as offsetting your carbon by planting tree's, that doesnt stop people emitting it just makes them feel better about it. Greener cars are they really that green, the Toyota Prius the rare minerals that make up the battery come from China. 95-98% of rare minerals on the planet are located in remote China, so infact it would actually be better switching to a diesel car with a good MPG that is mass produced in a much more environmentally sustainable way rather than the mining of rare minerals using outdated mining methods, to then get transported to Japan/USA/UK to make the batteries to then put into the cars to then ship round the world to make celebs feel a whole lot better that they have a brand new Lambo Gallardo in their drive way
